IMPACT Elite — formerly Elite Force Cheer - was inspired in part from the legacy Elite Force cultivated as the second longest-tenured cheer gym in Washington State. Nearing the end of Elite Force’s 21st season, it was announced the the program would be closing its doors.

The new owners and head-coaches took the positive culture and values of Elite Force (that athletes and parents had come to love and support) and revitalized the program adding an updated, fresh, and competitive edge.

Our character-based program teaches the importance of team work, personal discipline, and respect for ourselves and others. Our
experienced competitive cheer coaches work together to ensure our teams are taught in a safe and progressive format. We believe in shaping well-rounded athletes and support a healthy sport/life/school balance.

As we begin the “encore season” of IMPACT Elite Force; we are ecstatic to share with you all the what we believe make us a unique and one-of-a-kind asset in our community for your athlete and family!

IMPACT’s goal is to offer a positive environment to train, empower, and encourage well-rounded athletes who want to make an IMPACT on themselves and everyone around them!

Meet our staff

Lexi started her athletic career as a young child, as part of a Junior Olympic team for gymnastics. A highlight of her career was placing first in an international competition in Costa Rica. She moved to Elite Force Cheer to begin cheer on Senior 4 teams, ending her cheer career in Bellevue as part of Connect’s Worlds team. Lexi’s coaching philosophy is to exemplify leadership in healthy growth and development through athleticism. She has coached all ages and abilities, with her primary passion in helping her athlete’s master advanced skill techniques in safe ways. Lexi’s dream has been to run a cheer program and is excited to do so alongside her husband Jordan!

Jordan’s passion for this sport started 2010 when he was apart of World’s teams at: Elite Force Cheer, South Elite Cheer (Seattle), and Pacific Coast Magic (California). A highlight to his cheer career was placing 3rd at Worlds in 2015. Jordan is background-checked, safe-sport certified, with the majority of his coaching experience in advanced tumbling and All-Star competitive teams at a variety of levels. Jordan’s easy-going personality combined with his innate natural talent for instilling drive and motivation in athletes makes him an asset to our team.
